Ah the screams of One Direction fans!

So, decided that the responsible parenting thing to do this year to end summer, would be to take the girls to see One Direction the night before school started...... AND I'M SO GLAD WE DID!!!!!!!   We had an amazing night, and they popped right out of bed the next morning ready for the new school year.

First Stop.. Dodgers Stadium!!!  Not sure who said California would be great in August, nice and cool..... They were Liars!!!!!  It was humid and Hot, even for Texans.. but.. neat stadium!   The girls loved seeing where Sandlot had been filmed.. or rather part of it..

Childhood Idol... Wynnona sang the National Anthem, one of the most unique renditions too!

The hotel we stayed at Hotel Indigo was soooo nice to the girls, they had this waiting for us when we got there and that night brought this awesome dessert!!!

They even made sure the girls could see the fireworks every night from their room!!

Look out Disney!!!!!!

Disney really knows how to make you feel special on your birthday!

This was the girls favorite ride, can't tell you how many times we rode it.. even twice in a row the last day cause we were the FIRST ONES THERE!!!!!

Day 2 .. Disneyland.. This is all I got.. we were busy that day!!!  Favorite rides.. Space Mountain, Star wars, and Inidana Jones

We did get to see a couple Disney stars.. Jack from Kick'n It.. Made the girls day!!!

Day 3!!!  Operation Squeeze in as many rides as you can!!!!!!

Last night!  Had to hit Angels stadium (4th oldest stadium in MLB.. see learned something that day!!)

Elli and Evangeline had a big past week.  They got to meet their new teachers, had their pre-school graduation from Little Shepherd's and started school.
